Shameem Ahmad, the founder member of the firm. He qualified as a chartered Accountant in 2001 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is actively involved in advising numerous multinational clients on various aspects of their investments in India. His main areas of work include, Company due diligence, Regulatory approvals, Joint ventures, Foreign collaborations, Acquisitions, Corporate law and Corporate taxation matters.

 He enjoys special expertise in assisting foreign clients on their entry strategy and has been instrumental in advising numerous multinational corporations on setting up a business presence in India and providing continual advisory support to various clients on Business Law issues. He also enjoys expertise in matters pertaining to Reserve Bank of India approvals and Exchange control Regulations.

Mr. Rajendra Singh

Rajendra Singh has worked for many financial Companies at top level. He brings a strong experience in design and implementation of financial system and processes. His experience includes strong understanding of legal, taxation and regulatory environment. He has also played key role in valuation and financial due diligence during purchase and sale of stakes in joint venture entities. 

He has earlier worked as the Financial Analyst in a leading operator working on business performance evaluation, long and short term planning, interacting with management, lenders, shareholders, credit rating agencies and auditors with regard to the validation and achievement of targets as envisaged in the long term business plan of the company. Mr. Rajendra Singh is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce where he was topper of his college.
